Hence, we are not inclined to waive the conditions imposed on the petitioners.

Trial court is requested to examine the victim at the earliest preferably within one month from the next date fixed before the said court.

Conditions imposed on the petitioners shall continue until further orders.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
