Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Materials on record show that the body of the deceased was recovered from the residence of the petitioner who had called him over to his residence. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstance implicating the petitioner in the murder, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
