Siddiqui, learned advocate appeared for the alleged contemnors has filed a compliance report in the form of an affidavit affirmed on July 13, 2023, the same is taken on record. Ms. Debjani Sengupta, learned counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed this Court that, the order dated August 1, 2019 read with September 2, 2019 stand complied with.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding CPAN 654 of 2020 stands dropped. The application stands disposed of accordingly.

It is noted that no rule was issued in this contempt proceeding.
