In this application, the petitioners, who are the respondents in Title Appeal No.03 of 2015 pending before the leaned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Burdwan, pray for expeditious disposal of the title appeal. It appears that the title appeal has been continuing before the learned Court below for the last 5 years and it also appears that on the last few occasions the appellants had prayed for adjournments on several grounds. The learned Court below had allowed such adjournments. The petitioners who are the respondents in the title appeal filed this application prayed for expeditious disposal. The appeal is otherwise ready.

This revisional application is disposed of, directing the learned lower appellate court to dispose of the Title Appeal No.03 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed before the learned lower appellate court.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counterclaims of the parties and the learned lower appellate court below will decide the appeal on its own merits.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within seven days.

This revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
