It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned counsel for the state opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Statement of the witnesses shows that the petitioner/ accused along with other entered into the house of the victim and assaulted him. As a result, he succumbed to his injuries. In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the instant case, we are of the view this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of.
