It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there was a love affair between the parties. Such submission is corroborated by the exonerating statement of the victim, who is, however, a minor.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
