It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned counsel for the state opposes the prayer for bail. Statement of the witnesses as well as the injury report show that the husband cut the neck of the victim/house wife with a blade. Subsequently, he set the house on fire. In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
