It is contended that no narcotic substance was recovered from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used for transportation of the narcotic substance.

We have considered the statements of witnesses including documents which show that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used for transportation of narcotic substance. No exonerative statement of the petitioner is placed on record. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is thus disposed of. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
