1. The appellant is not represented when the matter is taken up for hearing. No accommodation is prayed for.

The impugned order dated 27th November, 2020 only calls for affidavits.

This Court is unable to understand the prejudice suffered by the appellant in filing the instant appeal. 4.

It is submitted by Mr. Kankani, learned Counsel appearing for Union that the writ petition may have become infructuous given the fact that the impugned notices in the writ petition have already exhausted their purpose.

In that view of the matter, F.M.A. 1229 of 2021 shall stand dismissed. W.P.A. 7856 of 2020 shall also stand dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2020 shall also stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
