Advocate ... ... for the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case due to business rivalry. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner and co-accused forged 'no objection' certificate to procure work order. Statements of witnesses as well as materials on record show that the 'no objection'

certificate purportedly issued by the Superintendent of Police, Nadia is a forged document. In view of the gravity of the offence and as prayer for pre-arrest bail of co-accused had been turned down, we are not inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
