The petitioner alleges that an injunction order was passed by the Civil Court in favour of the petitioner, subsequent to which an order of police assistance, to implement the injunction order, was also passed.

Thereafter, when the petitioner went to deposit the police help costs, the police authorities refused to accept the same allegedly on the ground that a further order of the civil court was required. The petitioner thus filed a representation before the authorities to accept the police help costs. Such representation has not yet been considered.

Learned counsel for the respondentauthorities submits that they are willing to accept such police help costs.

Accordingly, W. P. A. 10415 of 2020 is disposed of without costs by directing the respondent no. 5 to accept the police help costs, which shall be deposited by the petitioner in connection with Order No. 18 dated February 4, 2017 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Third Court at Tamluk in Title Suit No. 72 of 2016 (CIS Registration No. 212 of 2016). The petitioner shall deposit requisite police help costs within a week from date.

The parties are directed to act on the server copies of this order as and when uploaded in the official website of this Court. In any event, the petitioner is granted liberty to communicate the gist of this order to the respondents even without waiting for such server copy to be uploaded and the respondents are directed to act upon the same.
