In a contempt petition, the Court need not enter into the arena as to whether or not the entirity of the subsistence allowance was paid or not. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps so far as his claim on account of subsistence allowance and on account of other claims are
concerned.
CPAN 657 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
