It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she did not play any role in setting the housewife on fire.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Dying declaration of the victim categorically shows that the petitioner and others dragged the housewife and she was set on fire by Parimal Halder, Santanu Halder and Palash Halder. Specific overt act of dragging the victim at the time when co-accused persons set her on fire is clearly evident from the dying declaration of the victim.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
