The petitioner complains that the private respondents, despite failing in a civil suit being Title Suit No. 313 of 2016, are trying to interfere with the petitioner's possession and are harassing him. The police have taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This Court is of the view that the Magrahat Police Station shall maintain strict vigil in the area and ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the locale.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Instructions of Officer-in-charge, Diamond Harbour Police Station dated 23rd December, 2020 addressed to the State Advocate is taken on record. There will be no order as to costs.
