The petitioners are aggrieved that notwithstanding the injunction passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Barasat in Title Suit No.703 of 2018, the respondents continuing to violate the same.

The petitioners' remedy is to seek enforcement of the order of injunction or the complaint of violation thereof before the Civil Court.

The police can only act in terms of specific directions of the Civil Court on them.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

The report dated 21st December 2020 of the Inspector-in-Charge, Shasan Police Station, North 24Parganas is taken on record. There shall be no order as to costs.
