C.R.M. 10371 of 2020 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on 10.12.2020 in connection with Tapan P. S. Case No.328 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 under Sections 363/365/109 of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

The petitioners are not named in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

In view of the extent of the complicity of the petitioners in the alleged crime, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
