In Re: CPAN 660 of 2020 An affidavit-in-opposition is filed by the alleged contemnors, which mentions compliance of the order, of which contempt is alleged, by the alleged contemnors. Learned counsel for the contempt applicant, in his usual fairness, submits that it is clear from the said affidavit that the contumacious act alleged in the contempt application has been redressed in the meantime.

As such, there is no use in keeping the contempt application pending.

Accordingly, C.P.A.N 660 of 2020 is disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
