In view of the submissions so advanced, the learned Special Court is directed to consider the stage of framing of charge after supply of relevant copies by February, 2021 and thereafter take all such efforts so that trial of the case can be concluded within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations CRR 1745 of 2020 is disposed of.
