Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Statements of the eye witnesses implicate the petitioner. Other incriminating articles were also recovered. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
