Under such circumstances, condition of bail imposed on the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of Behala P.S and to report to the Officer in charge of Behala P.S once in a month are waived. However, petitioner shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidences in any manner whatsoever.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of.
