Having heard learned advocates for both the parties, it would appear from the report of Additional Stamp Reporters dated 08.01.2021, regarding the sufficiency of the C.F.S. would be furnished on receipt of the certified copy of the judgment.

Since, the review petitioner is not pressing the review application and submits for withdrawal of the case, the review application being, R.V.W. 107 of 2020 and all other connected applications being, IA No. CAN 1 of 2021 and IA No. CAN 2 of 2021 are allowed to be withdrawn and treated as dismissed for non-prosecution.
