Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed any further with the writ petition in view of an out-ofcourt settlement having been arrived at between the parties.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 10485 of 2020 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any order as to costs.
