Statements of witnesses disclose petitioner and co-accused persons in conspiring and inducing innocent job seekers to part with money on false promise of giving employment. In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
