Mr. Maity, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 21st December, 2020 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 21st December, 2020, it is revealed that instead of "arrear pension" in the instant order, it should be read as "revised arrear pension". The other portion of the order dated 21st December, 2020 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rajarshi Bharadwaj, J.)
