The writ petitioner is aggrieved that investigation into FIR of dated 06.11.2020 has not been completed till date.

In those circumstances, the Officer in Charge of the concerned Police Station is directed to ensure that investigation into the said FIR be completed within three months from date, if not already completed and final report be submitted before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
