Mr. Maity, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is an omission in the order dated 21st December, 2020 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 21st December, 2020, it is revealed that the word "revised" is omitted in the first paragraph of the 2nd page of the order. The word "revised" should be appended before the word gratuity. The other portion of the order dated 21st December, 2020 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
