Despite the petitioner having failed to appear on several dates between 15th January, 2021 and 12th April, 2021 when the matter was called on, only for the ends of justice even at the second call on 25th March, 2022 on the prayer of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned.

The petitioner remains unrepresented even today. No one has also applied for appearing in the matter on behalf of the petitioner through virtual mode. No adjournment is sought for. The respondents are represented.
