The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of her request dated 21.08.2018 under the R. T. I. Act, 2005. The petitioner prior thereto also filed a request on 20th July, 2017. The respondents have not replied to the said request. The petitioner's normal remedy would have been an appeal under the provisions of Section 19 of the R. T. I. Act, 2005.

Time to file such appeal expired in December, 2018.

The petitioner having failed to prefer an appeal under the provisions of the R. T. I. Act, has filed the instant writ petition on 10.12.2020 seeking the same information from the respondents.

Since the petitioner did not avail statutory remedy in appeal under the R. T. I. Act, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant proceeding. The writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
