It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that his client's grievance ought to have been agitated before the Central Administrative Tribunal and hence the writ petition is not pressed by him.

W. P. A. No. 10526 of 2020 is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal on the self same cause of action as agitated in the writ petition.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
