Mr. P. P. Das Mrs. Manasi Roy ... for the State Statements of the witnesses show the complicity of the petitioner in the offence of dacoity in a bank. Allegations are grave. Petitioner had absconded. Accordingly, we are not inclined in granting anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Petitioner is at liberty to appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within a period of two weeks from date. In the event he does not do so the court below shall consider his prayer for regular bail independently and in accordance with law without being swayed by any observation made by this Court in this order.
