Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not made aware by the police as to whether the investigation with regard to the police complaint was completed or not. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, investigation was completed and that charge-sheet was submitted.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks a copy of the charge-sheet filed by the police. In such circumstances, since the police completed the investigation and submitted chargesheet and since the petitioner is the de facto complainant the police will make over a copy of the charge-sheet to the petitioner.

Accordingly, WPA 10554 of 2020 is disposed of.
