Advocate ... ... for the State Statements of witnesses categorically show that the petitioner had dealt a murderous blow on the neck of the deceased. In view of the aforesaid fact and bearing in mind the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
