The present application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, has been preferred for correction of the police station case number, as incorporated in the cause title of the bail application, being C.R.M. No.10469 of 2020.

The learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that in place and stead of "Raiganj Police Station Case No. 636 of 2013 dated 07.07.2013", it has erroneously been incorporated as "Raiganj Police Station Case No. 637 of 2013 dated 07.07.2013".

Upon hearing the learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner and considering the materials on record and as there has been no objection from Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the C.B.I., the application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, is allowed.

The learned advocate-on-record of the applicant/petitioner is granted leave to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application.

Let necessary correction to that effect be made in the order-sheet by the office and be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 23rd December, 2020 .

The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, is, thus, disposed of.
