Mr. Dipankar Paramanick For the State Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that Police Station case number in connection with which the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 10470 of 2020 was filed, has been erroneously incorporated in the cause title of the order dated 17.12.2020 as "Purulia (M) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2017" in place and stead of as "Purulia (M) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017". Accordingly, Mr. Chakraborty prays for correction of the cause title of the order dated 17.12.2020.

The learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the case diary reveals that the anticipatory bail application was filed in connection with Purulia (M) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017.

In view thereof and as the number of the concerned Police Station case was inadvertently incorporated, we allow the application, being CRAN 1 of 2021 and direct the office to effect necessary correction in the cause title of the order dated 17.12.2020 passed in CRM 10470 of 2020

by incorporating the case number as "Purulia (M) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017" in place and stead of "Purulia (M) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2017". Other portions of the said order dated 17.12.2020 shall remain unaltered.

The application, being CRAN 1 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of. (Rabindranath Samanta, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J. )
