And In Re : Rafikul Islam .... petitioner Mr. Debapratim Guha Mr. Achinta Sarkar Mr. Arindam Dey ....for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Mr. Saryati Dutta ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance i.e. 100 bottles of Phensedyl which is above commercial quantity and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
