The petitioner has challenged a work order issued by the Pradhan of Paikpara Gram Panchayat. The petitioner states that the selected candidate did not have the requisite qualification. The Notice Inviting Tender was dated June 8, 2020. The time for completion of the work was 15 days and June 24, 2020 was the date for opening the financial bid. More than two years have lapsed since the date of opening of the financial bid.

Nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition as the successful bidders were required to complete their works within 15 days from the issuance of the work order.

Writ petition is disposed of without any orders. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
