Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in torturing the victim housewife. Unable to bear torture, she committed suicide within two years of marriage. Hence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
