T.I. Parade report as well as recovery of incriminating articles prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in the alleged dacoity. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is, however, directed to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year from the date fixed for recording of evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
