Case No. 730 of 2020 dated 04.10.2020 under Sections 376/363/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that they are the relations of the principal accused. It is also submitted that the victim has already been recovered. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In view of extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged crime, we are inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
