Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner had kidnapped the minor and had administered intoxicating substance.

In view of the primary role of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
