Petitioner is in custody for about five years. He is a handicapped person.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses including the dying declaration of the deceased. Statement of the deceased implicates the petitioner as the person who set her on fire. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
