We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim implicating the petitioner in an act of gang rape and as his prayer for bail was rejected in August, 2020 and there is no change in circumstances since the last rejection of bail by this Court, Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
