... for the State The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings being M-19 of 2020 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat.

Mr. Apalak Basu, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the parties have started interaction for arriving at a consensus.

Learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party do not dispute such contention.

Having regard to the fact that the subject matter of challenge is relating to the proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the parties would be at liberty to bring any factum of consensus arrived at between the parties before the learned Trial Court.

Further pendency of the revisional application before this Court is redundant.

Accordingly, CRR 1769 of 2020 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
