18.12.2020 Sdas rejected C.R.M. 10551 of 2020 (via video conference) In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Hanskhali Police Station Case No. 254 of 2017 dated 22.08.2017 under Sections 498A/326/307/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Kangali Roy ..... petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ... for the petitioner Mr. S. G. Mukherjee, learned P.P.

Mr. P. P. Das Mrs. Manasi Roy ... for the State Dying declaration of the victim shows that the petitioner and other relations set her on fire.

In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the heinous crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
