Das Mr. Madhurima Sarkar ... for Madrasah Service Commission By an order dated 14.12.2020, the petitioner was directed to serve the Khajutty High Madrasah, Bagnan, Howrah by e-mail, whatsapp, fax, speed post and, if possible, by hand.

Affidavit of service indicates of such modes of service having been effected despite whereof the Madrasah is not represented.

Learned counsel for the Commission submits that in view of the pendency of the instant writ application the NOC and the service book submitted by the Madrasah in question could not be verified.

In view of the above, the Commission may forthwith verify the service book and no objection of the Madrasah in question and issue suitable recommendation to the writ petitioner for transfer.

The other documents required by the Madrasah in question to which the writ petitioner has been

recommended to, shall be supplied by the Secretary, Managing Committee of the Khajutty High Madrasah, Bagnan, Howrah within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the copy of the recommendation of the Commission indicating the Madrasah in question to which the petitioner has been transferred.

The D.I. of Schools of Howrah shall ensure smooth transition of the petitioner's service records from the Madrasah in question to the Madrasah to which the petitioner shall be transferred.

With the above observations, the instant writ application stands disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
