And In Re : Shankar Ghorui alias Sankar Ghorui ..... petitioner Mr. Suman Chakraborty ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Rudradipta Nandy ... for the State Statements of the witnesses show that the petitioner had dealt a blow on the victim.

In view of prima facie role of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
