Mr. Neguive Ahmed Mr. Binay Panda Mrs. Amita Gaur ...For the State Records reveal that this is a second application for anticipatory bail. The first application was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 1st July, 2019. It appears that there had been no substantial change in the facts and circumstances of the case subsequent to rejection of the first application for anticipatory bail.

In view thereof, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in favour of the petitioner and as such his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 10578 of 2020, is, thus, dismissed.
