The present revision is of the year 2020 and has been preferred against the impugned order dated 28th February, 2020 passed by the Court of the Learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj, in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 17 of 2016 under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
