Advocate ... ... for the State We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim who is a child with special needs. Victim has specifically implicated the petitioner in the alleged penetrative sexual assault. In view of the gravity of the offence perpetrated on a helpless child with special needs, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
