The appellants/petitioners are directed to serve copies of this application for contempt on the alleged contemnors/respondents by registered speed post with acknowledgment due within a week from date along with a notice indicating that this application shall be listed for hearing on August 31, 2022 at 1-00 p.m. The petitioners shall also serve notices upon Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appeared for the State respondents, and Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned advocate appeared on behalf of the Chairman, Hooghly District Primary School Council, on February 9, 2021. The petitioners shall file an affidavit of service on the adjourned date.
